After
breakfast , Departure to Malta's Capital Valletta. The
first experience in Malta will be a guided tour through
the bustling streets of Valletta. At first you will be
visiting the Barracca Gardens, from where you can admire,
a great panorama of the Grand Harbour. Then you will visit
St. John's Co-Cathedral a place adorned in riches that
date back to the times of the Knights of Malta including
the world famous Caravaggio painting that is on display in
the Oratory of this Cathedral. Then you will be strolling
along the streets down to The Malta Experience Show a
multivision show depicting 7000 years of Maltese History.

DAY 06 |
Sicily Etna/Catania/Riviera dei Ciclopi/Taormina
|
After
breakfast,Off to discover the beauty and fascination of
one of the most famous mountain in the world. Mount
Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, called the
Mountain of the Mountain. With our coach we reach
Rifugio Sapienza some 6000 ft (2000 metres) above sea
level, driving across chestnut woods and a lunar type
landscape. Weather and volcanic activity permitting you
may choose an optional tour by cable car and Landrover
until reaching 9000 ft (3000 metres) above sea level.
Here a qualified vulcanology guide will show you the
most recently formed craters. In the afternoon we reach
Catania where you can sea the Cathedral dedicated to
Saint Agata, placed in the most famous square of Catania,
where the symbol of the town is, an ancient elephant in
lava stone. You can walk on the via Etnea sided by its
beautiful baroque buildings and a famous shopping area.
On the way back to Taormina we drive along the famous
Riviera dei Ciclopi, where according the mythology
Odisseus arrived together with his companions. Here we
stop in Acitrezza, a picturesque fishing village today
become a famous resort. We will drive towards to
